1. Eligibility for Return
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date the product was delivered to the customer.
- After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
2. Product Condition for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- For apparel, the original tags must be attached.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
Note: Personal hygiene products (e.g., underwear, certain jewelry) or any perishable items (e.g., camping food/medicine) cannot be returned or exchanged.
3. How to Initiate a Return
As ANZA OUTDOORS uses a drop shipping model, you must contact us first to start the return process:
- Contact Us: Please send an email to [Your Contact Email Address] with your order number and a brief explanation of why you wish to return the item.
- Authorization: Upon receiving your request, we will authorize the return and provide you with the specific return address and instructions for sending the item back to the supplier.Caution: Do not send any product back without our authorization and instructions.
- Shipping: You will ship the product back to the instructed address. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item safely reaches its destination.
4. Return Shipping Cost
- If the product is defective or incorrect (error on our part), ANZA OUTDOORS will cover the return shipping costs or compensate you.
- If the return is due to a Change of Mind or the customer selecting the wrong size, the return shipping cost must be borne by the customer.
5. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (e.g., credit card or PayPal) within 7 to 10 business days.

6. Damaged or Wrong Items
If an item is damaged or incorrect:
